Telemarketing Executive, Team Leader, Chaser & Closer

We’re looking for both fresher and experienced talented customer service reps to join our call centre team. If you are fresher and looking to start your career in the customer service industry, this might be the perfect opportunity for you and this is an exciting opportunity for anyone with experience in customer service and/or call centre operations.

To Do Things:

• You have to keep talking for 8 hours in English at night.
• Candidates have to make outbound calls to US customers to sell our products or services.
• Generate new sales or subscriptions for the different services offered.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.

Skills/ Requirements:

• Call Centre, Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Fluent in speaking English, Sales Marketing, and Telecommunication Service.
• MCA (Merchant Cash Advance) lead generation experienced agents will get priority.

Educational Qualification:

Educational background doesn’t really matter for us, if you can speak English like a native English speaker and have common-sense then apply.

Note: Do not show up and waste your time if you have bad English because this job is all about English speaking skills, patience & dedication.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary is negotiable based on English speaking skills and Experience

• 12000 – 25000TK (Monthly, Hourly 60TK – 100TK)
• Performance Sales bonus
• Weekly 2 holidays
• Salary Review: 3 times in a Year (Based on performance and activities)
• Festival Bonus: 2 Times in a Year (After 1 year with the company)
• Attendance Bonus 1000 TK

Note: You can earn more than 5k-10k on top of your salary as a sales bonus if you are pro seller.
